I made this drawing for a brush idea originally, then I decided to color in the image with my Crayola markers! (Both washable & dual tip!)

A dollar store craft!

I made this with a dollar store item a craft bag, mod podge and a printed image I have designed in my app called #MediBangPaint. The text was written with a permanent marker. I tweaked the photo above a little in Google photos because the exposure was off on the original & also I needed to have the image show up a little bit better!  Then I took a permanent marker to write the lettering! Happy Kreating!

A birthday art surprise!

I recently treated myself to some new art supplies for a birthday gift to me!  I must say that I was pleased with the choices I made in the supplies, especially the sticker project paper by Avery, it rocks! I tried out an idea with the paper in the new sketchbook I've got - -  I printed out my logo on 65 lb sketchbook paper (just to see how well it took to the ink I might have to tweak it a bit) with an ink jet printer. I've recently been on this video kick of ink jet transfers via YouTube so what you'll see in my YouTube video is what those channels inspired me to do! Let me ask as an artist, do you like or hate a blank cover sketchbook or not? I used to cover my textbooks in school with a brown paper bag and just go to town sketching all over the cover front and back!  I had a blast doing it because it brought me back to my childhood! So without further ado... Happy Kreating! 

Another cool art video!

 This video tutorial on how to Diy ink jet transfers is even easier then the previous post! Don't throw out the waxy paper side of your Avery  sticker sheets,  because they have a new use! I think this the best idea I've seen as of late on YouTube!  The waxy side of the paper is reusable too! This video isn't  mine though, it's by UM Stamps. I just thought I'd share it in blog post! Happy Kreating !  You can get most of your supplies at the Dollar store too! (Except for the printer, ink & pc, obviously!) 

I found a cool art video!

A new idea...

I drew the image you see with #MediBangPaint! It's part of a background painting for the character  created by Mike Henry  (see previous post).

I'm thinking of a medieval town/city with the mushroom as being a part of the background painting for the character #TravelerMonkchallenge. My thought process for designing this  background painting has been a slow process. Happy Kreating!

The picture you'll see here in a moment was because of a YouTube video on color theory explained by Zoe a youtuber,  then I asked Google a question, "Can I get a cmyk color wheel?" This is one of the results  I chose to pick. You must create an account to save your color swatches and the best thing about it is it's free! Time to make my own CMYKcolor wheel in #Medibang!
