How fast can you doodle with this?  It's  hilarious what Google comes up with,  try it out! I remember sitting in health class in Jr high school and we got to doodle in class if we didn't want to participate in the class, which was pretty cool of the teacher I had!

I'm ready for the Art Show!

The art show called  "V" will be showing my artwork starting  on March  2nd 2018 at Side Street Studio Arts Gallery between 6pm-10pm in Elgin!  Here's a  preview of it with a frame!

Incase this piece sells during the month long event,  I have a replacement artwork that will be shown/sold as well! Here's a preview of the artwork that  is also framed!

Practicing the values of a color scale...

Using the image below,  I'm going to be practicing the values of the color scale using my digital media apps. Hopefully I'll be able to use this more proficiently by using the 'multiply',  'ovelay' and other modes to give me subtle color values and changes as I go through the colors listed in the image and make comparisons to it. So I'll have a better understanding of what looks better color pop wise for my next art piece!

I just found out that my artwork got accepted into the  competition! I'm amazed that they've acecepted it! There's a prize given out to the artist that has the most votes, on their artwork! Plus the piece of artwork will be for sale as well. Opening reception is March 2nd, 2018 from 6pm to 10pm at Side Street Studio Arts!

This will help you to figure out the dementions of your artwork digitally especially when required by certain sites that need a specific size of an artwork.  I hope this helps!

Color code fiend!

Here's the latest color codes  ranging from real, split -complementary

& analogous! I had to make sure I got enough variety of colors incase others wanted the color codes to use in their own work.
